Summary: Good at what it does but limited at what it does do.
Comment: This application simply sits above the window on which you are working, such as Word, and when you double click a word the appropriate entry appears in the Oxford Dictionary Window. You can of course enter a word yourself and can continue your search by double clicking entries in the dictionary definition window. That is really all this application does but really you are paying for the content. For the price I hoped for additional functionality such as adding itself to the word processors menu and toolbars. The main problem with this application is clearly that although the dictionary window can be made quite small, and still useable, because it needs to be always be on top of the working window to be really useful you will need at least a 17" monitor.
Overall I am satisfied (although I would have prefered to buy the Shorter Oxford Dictionary but this is no longer available) but I think
the price is too much just for the content. The price should either be reduced, the content upgraded to the Shorter Oxford Dictionary, or
the functionality improved. Preferably all three. The application works well and as I write often on the computer I find it invaluable so the three stars represents the fact that it is over-priced rather than being an average application.
