Comment: My baby had always seemed transfixed with the sesame street characters from quite an early age so we bought this DVD to see if he would enjoy it. He absolutely loves it and dances along to the very catchy songs - of which their are many. Only downside is myself and my husband seem to be singing the songs all the time aswell. I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone with a baby from a year upwards if only for the songs initially and then the learning possibilities later.

Comment: For the first time ever our 2-year old can sit still and focus on something. She just loves the counting games and songs in the video and as always, the Sesame Street characters always keep you entertained. Now she even goes around the house trying to count things. Though our daughter is only two at this time, we are convinced that the video, which simultaneously caters to different age levels, will keep her learning at least until she is 5!

Join Ernie at The Furry Arms Hotel for a musical lesson in just how useful counting can be. When Ernie finds and returns a misplaced key, he uses his knowledge of numbers to return the key to the correct guest. As Ernie begins to learn about the hotel business, he finds many common situations in which counting is essential. Throughout the 30-minute video, Ernie and his friends help children learn to count from one to 20 with such songs as the jazzy "That's How the Numbers Go", an original version of the Chorus Line show tune "One" and "Rap Song #11". Favourite Sesame Street characters Elmo and The Count are joined by new characters including Ding the Dinger, a furry fellow with a bell on his head, and Benny, the bellboy that responds to Ding the Dinger's dings. Children as young as 18 months will bounce happily along with the catchy tunes and two-year-olds will be inspired to count aloud with Ernie. Kids up to age five will hone their counting skills and laugh at the increasingly frustrated Benny as he delivers everything from one bucket of ice to 15 stampeding elephants!
