Comment: This book is good for a beginner who has dreamed either a weird, good or bad dream and doesn't understand what it was about. This book helps the reader think about their dreams and in the dream dictionary in the back, it also gives the reader an idea of what happened in their dream. There are also explanations of why we dream and why we sleep to make the unconcious mind more clearer to the concious self.
