The ASVAB has been updated and changed--many other books are still trying to prepare readers for a previous version of the test with outdated information. This 8th edition is great!!!

Young men and women planning to join the United States armed forces must take and pass the ASVAB test battery as a prerequisite to entering military service. Test results are also used by the military to assess each recruit's aptitudes and skills, and as such, serve as pointers for specialized training. This valuable manual presents an overview of the ASVAB, recommends score-improving test-taking techniques, and offers four full-length practice tests with all questions answered and explained.
