Summary: Webster's Concise Spanish Dictionary
Comment: It is good in a pinch, but it is certainly concise. For serious translations a more powerful version is required.

Comment: Let's get one thing out of the way before we continue: this is not a purse-sized paperback. I'm not sure what I was expecting when it arrived, and I sure didn't check the dimensions before I ordered it (my bad), but it's large. And in charge. I nearly need a separate bag to tote it back and forth to my Spanish class.
That said, this dictionary is indeed concise (even says so on the cover!), complete, and quite easy to use. The price is right and even though it's a paperback, it's solid and feels like the binding will hold up over years of frequent use. I'd recommend it for someone who needs a desk reference, but it might not be the best solution for someone who needs to cart it around.
